The "Hall of Shame" is going to borrow one from Europe this week. German tennis great, Boris Becker, barely avoided jail in 2002 when he was convicted of tax evasion. Becker admitted that he lived in Germany while claiming to reside in Monte Carlo. He was given two years' probation and fined $500,000. Becker decided he didn't want to pay any more taxes in Germany, and eventually moved to Switzerland.
