I know, I know......you're not surprised. But not everyone knew this happened to Martha. We all heard about her jail time for insider trading, but it wasn't blasted all over the news when she ran into trouble with the IRS. The "Queen of Domesticity" found herself in trouble when a judge ruled against her claim of not spending a lot of time at her East Hampton, N.Y., home as a good excuse for failing to pay $220,000 in state taxes.
Paying taxes....it's a good thing.
